Frabjous Times

At a busy intersection close to where I live, there is a place with a sign advertising treament of disorders of the foot and ankle. In the shrubbery there is a monstrous pink blobby concrete shape, apparently representing a foot and ankle. I'm guessing that the conditions represented by this hideous artifact are hammertoe, bunion, fallen instep, and a near criminal lack of sculpting ability on the part of the artist.
